Qualifications:


- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales support and customer success.

- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and/or relationship management.

- 0 - 2 years of experience.

- Interest in technology, sales, or payments.

- Growth-oriented with a drive to thrive in a fast-moving fintech environment.

- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and evolving workspace.

- Motivation to foster and maintain strong relationships with agents.

- Team player eager to learn, with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Competency in CRMs, spreadsheets, emails, calendars, and other productivity tools.

- Prior experience in Sales, Account Management, Merchant Services, or Payments Support is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


- Support Sales Agents by building strong relationships, addressing their business needs, and providing resources to help them grow their business with Jupiter Payments.

- Regularly check in with Sales Agents, monitoring their sales progress, updating them on marketing campaigns, and assisting with client documentation and paperwork.

- Act as the first point of contact for sales-related inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.

- Collaborate closely with each agent to ensure long-term success and engagement.

- Develop and implement new outreach strategies aimed at improving agent engagement and driving sales performance.

- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to synchronize messaging and support outbound sales initiatives.
