Cruser Mitchell is a well-established national law firm seeking individuals who are career-oriented, creative and aspire to become great lawyers. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation experience. Some insurance coverage experience would be a plus.

Role: Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Chicago
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience starting at $120,000 plus bonus consideration.
Minimum Billable Hours: 1800

- Associate attorneys are involved in all aspects of our practice, including pre-lawsuit investigation; case analysis; written discovery; depositions; motions and other court appearances; assisting in arbitration, mediations, and trials; analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters; and legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues.
Attorney Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
