Your Tasks
- You play a key role in the acquisition of new mandates, strategically advising potential clients from first contact to successful mandate signing, implementing our unique approach oriented towards Tier 1 strategy consulting.
- You create market and company analyses as well as company valuations with the support of your team, take charge of pitch presentations, and ensure close and trusted contact with our potential clients.
- You support internationally operating successful entrepreneurs in creating market analyses, developing their value chains and market positioning, identifying unique features, potential synergies with prospective buyers, and other topics.
- As the forefront of Zumera's investor outreach, you ensure an emotional and targeted conveyance of the "Equity Story" to ensure effective communication with investors.
- You advise our clients on strategic preparation for M&A projects and are responsible for our processes in the development of strategic analyses.
- You assume leadership responsibility for our analysts and associates.
- You are not satisfied with the "status quo" but actively shape processes to ensure the most qualitative and effective mandate acquisition.
- You control internal and external resource allocation, provide operational support on all relevant issues, and are responsible for monitoring acquisition progress and investor relations.
Your profile
- You have completed your studies, ideally at an internationally renowned university, with outstanding success.
- You bring 4-9 years of experience from a Tier 1 strategy consulting and/or investment banking, with a passion for solving strategic issues of medium-sized companies. Specialization in a sector, subject area, product, or target group such as Private Equity is advantageous.
- You possess excellent people skills and can effectively facilitate conversations and negotiations in complex situations, captivating your interlocutors.
- You excel in analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as demonstrated team spirit.
- You are highly organized and completely reliable.
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- You speak fluent German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome.
