Workers’ Compensation Attorney - Zenith Insurance Company (Fresno)

Zenith Insurance Company is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation attorney to join our team of innovative, adaptive, and diverse legal professionals who collaborate to balance the interests of injured employees and a large group of employers (our policyholders).

Responsibilities:

1. Handle complex cases under the state administrative process as well as state and federal courts.
2. Work with claims specialists, doctors, special investigators, and other in-house specialists to help develop your cases.

Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience as a Trial Attorney for legal defense of workers’ compensation claims.
2. Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the California state bar required.

The expected salary range for this position is $117,515.41 to $146,894.26. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.
