**Experience:** Minimum experience preferred is 3 years, but 1 year is required. Not suitable for first-time travelers.
**License:** Must have an active MD or Compact License at time of submission
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS
**Must-Have:**
- Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Cardiac Implant Closure Device proficiency
- Cardiac Stent Placement proficiency
- IABP Placement/Removal proficiency
- Interpretation of Dysrhythmias proficiency
- Left Heart Catheterization proficiency
- Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) proficiency
- Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) proficiency
- Right Heart Catheterization proficiency
- Rotablader Atherectomy proficiency
- Scrub Procedures proficiency
- Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
- Infection Control and Isolation Precautions skills
- Sterile Technique
- Age-specific competency for Middle Adult and Older Adult
**Job Description:**
- Conduct Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures.
- Set up and manage equipment.
- Maintain sterile fields during procedures.
- Serve as room circulator when necessary.
- Document using the Epic system.
- Participate in orientation for 24 hours.
- Available for weekend shifts (2 weekend shifts per month are required).
- Comfortable floating within the hospital system as needed.
- Required to work one holiday during the assignment.
- On-call duties as required.
