**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience required
**License:** Valid RN License
**Certifications:** Relevant NICU certifications
**Must-Have:** Ability to float as needed within skillset
**Job Description:**
- Provide compassionate and expert nursing care to newborns in the NICU.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the neonatologist.
- Monitor and assess the health status of infants, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Comply with all hospital policies and protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Be available for weekend shifts as per the unit's requirements.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a cooperative work environment.
- Fulfill orientation requirements as applicable.
