Title: Desktop support Tech
Location: 5185 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas NV
Pay Rate: $20-23/HR
Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
• TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
• The following is MUST: Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site. Warranty Dell support. Certification Requirements: A+/Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac
• What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES • Full-time hours or part-time hours? FT
• How many overall years of experience should this person have and do they need any specific certifications or education? 1.5yrs
• Driving Required - Yes or No? YES Travel between multiple locations during week. • Assignment Type - Contract or Contract to Hire? Contract to Hire • If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 22-24$/hr
