Product Data Analyst

This role will be supporting the Advanced Innovation Product Creation teams that are at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge products that inspire customers around the world. The Product Data Analyst will enhance the organization’s capabilities in capturing and managing product creation data, accelerating the innovation processes.

Role Overview:
As a Product Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data management strategy and implementation best practices to support our Advanced Innovation teams. You will play a crucial role in prototyping processes for capturing and managing product creation data, enabling us to explore new product opportunities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define Data Standards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product data standards, best practices, and a robust data governance model tailored to prioritized innovation projects.
2. Develop Data Models: Assist in creating a comprehensive product data model that outlines how we capture, organize, and utilize product data effectively.
3. Enhance Data Literacy: Provide subject matter expertise to educate and enhance data literacy within the Innovation Product Creation teams, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.
4. Document Processes: Participate in tactical working groups to define and document current and future data-driven product creation processes, ensuring clarity in metadata collection, metrics definition, and data organization.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 7+ years of experience in data design, data strategy, data architecture, and/or data modeling, with a strong background in the AI space.
2. Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping environment, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical teammates and leaders.
