Job Description

As the Account Executive , you will be an integral part of daily internal and client communication as it relates to key information regarding creative assets and overall project status and process. You will become a trusted partner to both the internal team and clients, proven through your ability and eagerness to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal of delivering work with excellence to our clients. You should also be looking for opportunities to work on various types of projects/productions to further develop your skills and demonstrate how you can lead the team through a successful campaign from start to finish. As the Account Executive, you will:

  1. Be the day-to-day resource for clients on projects as well as general inquiries, requests, etc., builds a solid rapport with appropriate clients.
  2. Partner with clients for executional needs.
  3. Demonstrate mature leadership in difficult situations, escalate client difficulties appropriately.
  4. Consistently manage projects and assignments independently and can proactively and creatively resolve routine problems/issues along the way.
  5. Understand when and how to keep account leadership informed on key project details and when to get management support and feedback.
  6. Help effectively present agency creative and points of view during key client meetings.
  7. Ability to master a detailed process and communicate to appropriate account leadership, creative and client to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years account management experience
  • 1+ years creative agency experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, ability to track with and deliver on multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and independently resolve routine issues both internally and client-facing
  • Effectively writes clear and concise internal and client documents
  • An understanding of the social, digital and OLV development and production processes
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn outside platforms such as Workday and Smartsheet

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
