About The Role

1. The Senior Global Supply Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial interactions with contract manufacturers from quoting through execution stages.

3. The role involves monitoring material component market trends to mitigate potential supply risks effectively.
4. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be published for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance assessments.
5. Collaboration with the electrical engineering team is crucial for developing optimal supplier selections for new products.

Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in technical disciplines, with a strong preference for those with advanced degrees.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management or contract manufacturing, particularly in the electronic consumer product environment, is essential.
3. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of technology and manufacturing processes, especially related to contract manufacturers.
4. Experience working with Asian contract manufacturers is highly desired, indicating a need for cultural and operational familiarity.
5. Certifications in APICS-CSCP or ISM-CPSM are considered a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development in supply chain management.
