Minimum Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
- Ability to identify a business need, refine and clarify the definition of that need and define a solution scope that can be reasonably implemented by the business
- Knowledge & skill of how to manage conflict, issues & changes in order to ensure that stakeholders & the project team remain in agreement on the scope, how requirements are communicated to stakeholders & how knowledge gained is maintained for future use
- Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions / presentations
- Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
- Ability to interpret and apply common sense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding

Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for leading and driving business transformation projects and will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects / initiatives for their assigned area(s) of responsibility to support the creation, testing and deployment of project designs and outputs
- They will act as a resource and provide knowledge of current day-to-day operations and articulate and develop the desired future requirements to enable and propel change of a particular function within, or overall operation of, a business unit
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
- Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal / external stakeholders on more complex assignments / projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Consults on more complex assignments and / or projects with business leaders to clearly define the business case while validating the opportunity, scope and impact of the initiative for their area(s) of responsibility
- Leads and executes organizational initiatives by finding common ground and gaining collaboration among management, colleagues and peers and influences outcomes without directing or commanding
- Partners with internal stakeholders to develop problem / opportunity statements for the creation of projects
- Designs future state operating models that address opportunities uncovered during current state analysis
- Identifies, recommends, and prioritizes preventive & corrective improvement opportunities
- Performs cost / benefit analysis on proposed project solutions
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Evaluate trends in data or information
Work Arrangement
Remote: Work at home employee residing outside of a commutable distance to an office location.
Pay Range
$65,700 - $118,300
