Manufacturing Engineer needed in Clintonville, WI! Direct Hire!
Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to add to our client’s growing team!
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, new designs both for internal and external projects, and will be expected to provide hands-on assistance to the production team with new product setups and runs. The Manufacturing Engineer will also be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, act as the liaison between the internal production team and company clients, and will be responsible for planning and coordinating continuous improvement activities to improve KPI’s. Our client is looking for a hands-on Engineer, someone who is willing and able to assist the production and maintenance teams when needed. You will be production’s main point of contact with any needs as they arise related to equipment setups and new product runs.
The Manufacturing Engineer position will be based out of our client’s Clintonville office but will also be expected to work out of their Green Bay office as needed, typically one day per week.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in the Clintonville, WI area! The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. Salary ranges based on experience level $65-70K+ per year.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related field, strongly preferred. Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Process Engineer experience desired.
* 2-4+ years of related working experience in a manufacturing setting.
* CAD/CAM design experience strongly preferred.
* Strong focus on Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma principles.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist on production floor, required.
* Plastics or Injection Mold Making experience a huge plus.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build/maintain client relationships.
