Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, the firm has and continues to grow, as we provide our clients with the professionalism and compassionate legal representation after a traumatic and sometimes life altering event of a personal injury.Purpose and Value to the Team:Our Intake team provides a vital service to the firm as it is the initial introduction of our firm to our potential new clients via phone, email, and text. Each Intake team member has a significant impact on our Firm’s client satisfaction, client retention and overall success.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the full Intake process from incoming call through signature of our Firm Representation Agreement, while providing great customer service.
