As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Health Analytics team.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Chicago or Lincolnshire, IL offices. While there is a preference for someone in the above listed locations, we are willing to consider a candidate to work virtually as well.

What the day will look like:

Health analytics data and operations management consultant will be part of Center of Operations Excellence team (COE) supporting projects that include data management, data acquisition from vendors, data formatting, managing tasks, timeline, building efficiency, and delivery of the project.

What The Day Will Look Like

  1. Work with vendors to collect required data elements like Medical and Rx claims, Program participation data sets like Hinge, Livongo, Premise health, etc.
  2. Collect and process data.
  3. Build Quality reports.
  4. Manage and maintain pipeline of interested clients.
  5. Manage Contracting process.
  6. Manage client onboarding including:
  • Maintain intake forms and data requests
  • Following up as needed
  • Collect new information and changes on an annual basis
  • Review plan information
  • Peer review other team member's work
  • Client team interaction
  • Manage operational flow in collaboration with leadership
  • Manage client document retention
  • Able to support reporting and database process
  • Good Project management experience
  • Good presentation and communication skills and ability to convey information in a clear manner
  • Technology Experience:
    • MS Excel and Power Point
    • SQL Server
    • Databricks
    • Cloud platform
    • Power BI
    • Any other reporting tools

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • 5+ years of experience health experience
  • Minimum understanding of handling various data sets
  • Minimum understanding of healthcare contracting, data use agreements, etc.
  • Minimum understanding of compliance solutions like Prescription Drug Data analytics (RxDC) and Medicare Part D
  • Minimum knowledge of Healthcare jargons
  • Experience with project management/ticketing systems
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to be a team player

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience

Pay Transparency:

The salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
