Senior Business Analyst
The Accounts team within the Information Services organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with at least 8 years' experience to assist the Accounts reference data team in key deliverables. AMC accounts (eSALES) is the strategic reference data settlement platform for account needs serving lines of business. Data quality and Client account data must be available, accurate, and complete for global financial markets.
Successful candidates will exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a dynamic team environment across multiple regions.
Job Description
- Work with global user base to gather business requirements, write functional specifications, and interface with the technical team to convey requirements.
- Work with PMO (program management office) on Book of Work, JIRA sizing with help of development teams, attend prioritization calls with operations and business stakeholders per project need.
- Prepare and execute test scripts to prove functionality was delivered according to outlined specifications prior to user engagement.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing training as required, responding to user inquiries, and tracking testing progress.
- Provide BAU support, performing the necessary analysis to respond to user inquiries.
- Provide local oversight of Accounts BA/QA resources.
- Build relationships with local Accounts Co.
