Job Description:

The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management efforts relating to a portfolio of on and off campus medical office buildings. As such, this position is responsible for implementing financial, operational and leasing initiatives in accordance with policies and budgets. This position, which reports to a Regional Manager, is considered our point person in their respective market and is therefore responsible for understanding the overall market / sub-market conditions and how they affect our portfolio.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee financial, operational and leasing aspects of all buildings assigned
  2. Management/supervision/training of property management, administrative, maintenance teams
  3. Professional interaction and relationship building responsibility with tenants and hospital clients
  4. Oversee and review annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting and capital planning
  5. Oversee the preparation of, and review the monthly financial reporting package
  6. Space Planning and construction management, including oversight of tenant and building improvements
  7. Experienced in negotiating vendor contracts
  8. Conduct periodic meetings with hospital clients
  9. Knowledge of Energy Star, LEED and other energy-saving initiatives desirable
  10. Versed in various marketing strategies, and implementation thereof
  11. Conduct necessary property and/or market tours, as required
  12. Professional interaction with Lillibridge senior management

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of hands-on day-to-day medical and/or commercial office property management and leasing support experience (medical office building experience preferred)
  2. Demonstrated lease administration experience and knowledge of lease documents
  3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  4. Above average technical proficiency - proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Yardi and other relevant software programs
  5. Excellent people management and time management skills
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Strong customer service skills
  8. Demonstrated people management experience
  9. Bachelor’s Degree required
  10. CPM, RPA or CCIM designation preferred
  11. Real estate salesperson’s license required, broker’s preferred
