Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll process
- Provide orientation programs for new hires
- Provide guidance regarding employee relations and engagement
- Manage employee advocacy and conflict resolution
- Manage recruitment and onboarding
- Develop and oversee employee benefits and wellness programs
- Develop, promote, and enforce personnel policies
- Promote employee career development and job training
- Serve as a primary contact for work-site injuries or accidents
- Oversee employee benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- Strong Excel skills
- SHRM or PHR certification
- 3-5+ years of experience in the field
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communications skills
- High discretion and ethics
- Skilled at conflict resolution
