Responsibilities:
Define and lead sales objectives and strategies for club/mass accounts.
Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and achieve sales targets.
Manage existing and new business accounts, including category reviews and promotional planning.
Monitor retail pricing, competition, distribution, and promotional strategies.
Oversee sales forecasting and budget adherence.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and prospects.
Conduct sales meetings and review business performance.
Requirements:
5+ years of sales account management experience in apparel industry, preferably with club/mass accounts.
Strong leadership and presentation skills.
Experience with major retailers like Costco, Walmart, and Sam’s Club.
Self-motivated with a passion for growth and results-oriented.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/MS Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite in Chatsworth.
Preferred:
Contacts in drugstore industry and experience in creative/product design.
Education:
4-year college degree, preferably in business/economics.
