The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Claims Analyst , working in Electric Power and Natural Gas industry in San Diego, California, United States .

• Investigate and analyze recovery/subrogation and liability/property damage claims filed by or against the company.
• Adjust and settle claims as appropriate.
• Gather evidence for hearings, trials, and other dispositions through visual inspections, photographs, and witness interviews.
• Review and analyze relevant records and reports.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for investigations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, attorneys, and claimants to assess major property damage claims and recommend settlements.
• Locate responsible parties, negotiate settlements, and arrange billing for damages to company property.

Our Client
Experience Required for Your Success

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in claims investigation, liability analysis, and case management or closely related fields
• Required experience in subrogation or recovery claims administration
• Beneficial experience in multi-line (personal and commercial) casualty claims investigation, liability analysis, and case management
