Job description:
Assist in the installation and support of network communications, encompassing LAN/WAN systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in following standard practices and procedures to analyze situations involving readily identifiable problems. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in aiding the planning of large-scale systems projects through vendor comparison and cost studies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN systems.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing and resolving network problems.
- Collaborate with team members to plan large-scale systems projects.
- Conduct vendor comparison and cost studies to aid in decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with network security protocols and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to network communications.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Route/Switch certification required.
