Title: Senior AI Network Software Engineer
Base Salary: $180,000-$204,000 + Bonus + RSU

This role offers significant experience in software development and large-scale network operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies to support AI applications.
- Develop systems for monitoring and diagnosing large-scale AI networks.
- Research and create high-performance communication frameworks and optimize network interactions.
- Build next-generation network infrastructure that supports diverse hardware solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of computer networking and programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with high-speed network systems and related technologies.
- Experience with communication frameworks (e.g., NCCL, MPI, RPC) is a plus.
- Knowledge of software systems for network diagnosis and optimization is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience in communication frameworks and AI network optimization is a plus.
