The Health and Wellness Clinic, a premier family medical clinic and med spa, is seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and experienced Med Spa Director to lead our aesthetic operations and drive the growth of services and sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures, a strong background in skincare products, and a proven ability to consult with and convert new clients into long-term customers through exceptional service and product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee aestheticians, aesthetic nurses, and front desk staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery in:
- Injectables: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin
- Dermal Fillers: Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse
- Skin Rejuvenation: IPL, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, RF skin tightening
- Laser Treatments: Hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatments
- Facial Aesthetics: Microblading, eyebrow shaping, lash enhancement
- Anti-Aging Procedures: Facials, skin tightening, contouring treatments
- Skincare Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of skincare products, creating customized treatment regimens and product recommendations to enhance client results and drive product sales.
- Client Consultations & Sales: Excel at conducting consultations with new clients, delivering personalized treatment plans and successfully converting consultations into long-term relationships and sales.
- Service Quality & Protocols: Ensure consistent, high-standard service delivery by establishing protocols that meet industry standards, enhance client safety, and maximize satisfaction.
- Marketing & Membership Growth: Lead marketing initiatives for the clinic’s services across in-house platforms and social media. Develop and expand the Med Spa membership program, focusing on client retention, loyalty, and increased service engagement.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze the clinic’s financial performance, identifying growth opportunities and addressing any deficits. Implement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client appointments, ensuring seamless clinic functioning.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards, maintaining a professional and safe environment for both clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic services, including injectables, dermal fillers, laser technologies, and skincare products.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of aestheticians and nurses within the med spa or aesthetic industry.
- Proven success in conducting client consultations and converting them into long-term customers, with a strong track record of selling skincare treatments and products.
- Solid experience developing and managing membership programs focused on client retention and revenue growth.
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to drive client engagement through online platforms and in-clinic efforts.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience analyzing clinic performance and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Warm, engaging personality that fosters strong client relationships and creates a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Licensed or certified in aesthetic services, with proficiency in injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork, staff development, and strategic growth.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000, plus performance-based commission.
