What you’ll be doing...

As an analyst supporting the Digital Merchandising team, you are responsible for providing assistance and support in the reporting of digital marketing campaigns and content. As a subject matter expert of digital insights, you’ll gather and analyze data, providing valuable insights into user engagement, traffic patterns and conversion metrics. Your keen eye for detail will drive the creation of succinct yet comprehensive reports that highlight key trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Translating complex data into insights and actionable recommendations to drive alignment on objectives related to digital merchandising strategies. Conduct analyses and deliver reports relevant to digital marketing projects and initiatives including sales conversions and promotional effectiveness.

  • Establishing benchmarks for Homepage Marquees and Homepage Our Latest by Tile type and position. Then leverage these benchmarks to provide weekly insights into the Homepage Performance Summary and Executive Summary reports.

  • Preparing and distributing weekly reports to stakeholders, including the Homepage Performance Summary and Executive summary that provide insights into user engagement, traffic patterns and conversion metrics.

  • Ensuring the LP Roster Summary is accurate, up-to-date, and usable for the team by regularly verifying data integrity, reconciling differences and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.

  • Evaluating the performance and impact of product launches that will provide key insights to optimize future launch strategies.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and building partnerships with business stakeholders to identify and address any dependencies for solution implementation.

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to landing page content, promotions, and device launches using data from the Adobe Workspace tools to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline/automate processes and improve the usability of the digital merchandising performance summaries, ensuring they remain valuable tools for decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.

  • Establishing, upholding and relaying all initiative-specific timelines and schedules to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout execution. Proactively identify and address risks to these timelines to ensure timely delivery of commitments.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Experience using Adobe Workspace to build reports.

  • Project Management experience including expertise in cross-functional projects.

  • Experience managing complex requests with a strong attention to detail.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Results and process oriented.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple actionable terms.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast paced fluid environment.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
