Position Overview:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in day-to-day transactions. You’ll support our finance team with essential clerical duties, record-keeping, and handling data in various accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, process, and monitor daily transactions including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline and improve processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
