Duties will include operational management of activities across HR functions, including, employee relations, performance management, staffing, and compensation per SEA policies.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist HRBP with various HR related issues for assigned division including: cyclical rhythm of the business (day to day tasks), people processes, general inquiriesSupport voluntary and involuntary separations inclusive of drafting legal agreements, consolidating employee information from stakeholders, conducting exit interviews and backfilling positionsMaintain HRIS accuracy and completeness by utilizing Workday and performing functions such as change jobs, supervisory orgs and cost centers changesManagement of workforce plan including headcount creation and managementDrive Samsung Culture Index participationManagement of employee information in Workday including performance evaluation, employee history, and organizational charts.Work efficiently with datasets (varying sizes from small to very large) in Excel, including v-look up, generating pivot tables, using formulaCollects data and provides reporting from multiple sources related to HR People MetricsOther projects as requestedSkills2+ years relevant experience working with HR related technologies with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, compensation, recruiting, performance management, LMS) and the ability to develop solutions to address business problems and requirementsData-driven – very good with modeling, able to tell a story by looking at data/data visualizationManages time effectively and adapts easily to shifting prioritiesQuick learner and at the same time has a passion for learningDetail-oriented, organized, and have good project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively in person and remotelyStrong problem solving mindset, with the ability to seek creative solutions to problems as they ariseOwnership of Strategy and Best Practices in HR OperationsExceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality resultsExceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organizationAbility to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneouslyOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSelf-initiative along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationshipsInnovative self-starter with passion for excellenceAble to thrive in high volume, fast paced environmentMaintains high levels of confidentiality with projects and informationTechnical skills useful for the job:Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with HRIS tools, Workday a plusStrong organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail and follow throughOur team of highly experienced developers offer a wide range of mobile application and software development positions.
