Moda Floors & Interiors is an award-winning specialty home improvement supplier that focuses on designing and installing flooring and window coverings. Located in Atlanta, the company manages both residential and light commercial projects. Moda Floors & Interiors has a showroom and warehouse located in a 20,000 sf facility in the West Midtown Design District. In addition to passionately serving our clients, Moda focuses on being a great place to work and supporting our local community in West Mid-town.
Skills Required:
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication, sales and customer service skills. Someone who is self-motivated, trainable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales and Design Consultants focus on sales to retail clients along with trade clients including; custom home builders, re-modelers and designers. We are seeking individuals with two years of sales experience working in the home services industry. Sales and Design Consultants will complete a comprehensive 3 week training program. Our top performers earn $100,000 plus on an annual basis.
Key Job Tasks:
· Primary responsibility is to sell flooring and interiors products to consumers and building trade clients and interact with various referral sources of MODA Floors and Interiors. In addition, we expect you to be responsible for marketing MODA programs and services to various new clients, referral sources and networking groups.
· Agree to work per MODA’s minimum sales standards:
o Sales per month
o Gross Margin
o Trade client acquisition
· Agree to work per MODA’s customer service standards:
o Able to handle 8-10 new opportunities per week.
o Prepare and present quotes to clients within 48 hours of gathering all required information.
o Present Floor Covering & Interiors products on EVERY opportunity.
o Present upgrade options where appropriate on every project
o Provide general communication and follow-up with clients in a timely manner.
o Review the project expectation guide with all retail clients prior to installation.
o Coordinate with our Production Team to send in all documents including proposals, site evaluation forms and drawings in a format that follows company requirements.
o Maintain Moda’s CRM system.
