AppLovin’s eCommerce team helps brands convert new and repeat shoppers at scale through our industry-leading network of in-app supply. We are seeking a driven and results-focused Partnerships Manager to join our fast-paced and expanding eCommerce Strategy & Partnerships Team.

In this role, you will partner with companies, vendors, and key influencers in the eCommerce ecosystem to help drive the go-to-market strategy for AppLovin within eCommerce. You will be responsible for understanding the eCommerce ecosystem of potential partners and brands, identifying opportunities, and leading commercial and technical negotiations with partners to maximize growth for the eCommerce business. You will also collaborate with AppLovin leadership and industry experts to drive the expansion of our eCommerce advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Defining, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships for AppLovin’s products in the eCommerce space
  • Managing relationships with partners, identifying new opportunities, and growing partnership success
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering long-term collaborations.
  • Align with partners on collaboration strategy to generate leads and onboard eCommerce brands onto AppLovin’s platform, through technical integration and co-marketing activities.
  • Understand and help brands grow their businesses with AppLovin.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline the onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions for partner referred brands.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities to continuously improve partnership strategies and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • Self-starter and eager to learn
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability and strategic grasp of the “big picture”
  • Exceptional communication skills and clearly able to communicate concepts and ideas
  • Have experience prioritizing competing demands
  • Flexible team-player who can use drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable patterns to drive strategic decision-making and optimize client outcomes
  • Direct experience owning and managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and meeting facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the e-commerce space
  • 2+ years of work experience in business development, strategy, corporate development, venture capital/private equity, or investment banking
