Travel RRT in Rossville, MD

**Certifications:** BLS, CRT, NRP (Required); ACLS, PALS, RRT (Preferred)
**Must-Have:** Ability to float between adult and neonatal patient populations
**Job Description:**
- RRT in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Work in both Adult Critical Care and NICU.
- Required to work every other weekend and must be available for holidays.
- Airway management including endotracheal tube/suctioning, extubation, and various airway placements.
- Perform pulmonary hygiene and sputum specimen collection.
- Proficiency with airway management devices and suctioning techniques.
- Administer medications including Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Lidocaine, and others.
- Set up and manage aerosol therapy for masks and trachs; utilize devices like metered dose inhalers and nebulizers.
- Operate high-flow nasal cannula, trach collar, BiPAP, and CPAP.
- Troubleshooting high-pressure alarms and assisting in weaning from mechanical ventilation.
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and obtain umbilical blood gases.
- Experience with Draeger V500, Draeger VN500, and Servo U ventilators.
- Comfortable drawing and analyzing arterial blood gases (ABGs).
- Utilize Cerner for charting.
- Flu vaccine required with no exemptions.
- Wear ceil blue scrubs (not provided).
- Work in a teaching hospital environment with a requirement to complete orientation and modules during training.
