About the Job-
Are you ready to take the reins and drive groundbreaking projects to success? As a Construction Executive, you'll be at the heart of the action, teaming up with project managers and company leaders to ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. This position will run our CSP department in our Houston location, ensuring project success throughout the region. Your expertise will guide the interpretation of detailed plans and specifications, enforce critical codes and construction techniques, and shape the future of our industry.
But that's not all! You'll also play a pivotal role in business development, forging and nurturing key relationships with clients, project managers, and subcontractors. We're on the hunt for a candidate with a strong background in education and municipal construction who is ready to lead, innovate, and make a real impact. What You Bring To The Table-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience required.
- Experience in preconstruction services.
- The ability to drive business development.
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry standards and practices.
- Experience in the K-12 construction industry.
