ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead talent acquisition efforts specifically for the Federal & Civil (Fed/Civ) sector. As a Talent Acquisition Manager - Fed/Civ Sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent who possess the skills and qualifications needed to support our Federal and Civil projects.ARETUM, LLC is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and requirements for Federal and Civil projects.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies and channels to attract and source highly qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to make hiring recommendations.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes for the Fed/Civ sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the government contracting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring candidates for Federal and Civil projects or related government contracts.
- Familiarity with the Federal and Civil sectors, their organizations, missions, and specific talent requirements.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative talent acquisition solutions for the Fed/Civ sector.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
