Citadel Roofing & Solar is looking for a Solar Superintendent (New Construction) to join our growing Solar Operations Team. The company is based in Vacaville; however, this position will work in the Bay Area. This position reports to the General Superintendent.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise crews on multiple job sites and locations.
- Coordinate, organize and visit projects. Inspect work to ensure compliance and quality workmanship.
- Order, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of proper materials.
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Train field staff, with an emphasis on employee development and safety assurance.
- Maintain documentation of individual projects, identify variances, monitor budgets, and implement corrective action.
- Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure weekly tailgate trainings are being conducted and appropriate paperwork is being completed and submitted.
- Coordinate inspections as needed.
- Review and approve weekly payroll.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years residential roofing and/or solar experience required.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (helpful but not required).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Prior project management and quality assurance experience.
- Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.
- Travel within the Bay Area is required. Occasional travel to Vacaville as well.
