Machine Builder

The Machine Builder is responsible for assembling, building, and testing complex mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, along with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly. The Machine Builder will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure high-quality assembly and functionality of custom-designed machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build complex mechanical machinery based on engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to machines during the assembly process.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and work orders to complete assigned projects.
• Conduct functional testing on completed machines to ensure proper operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and adjustments on machines to resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to address design or assembly concerns.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments during the assembly process.
• Document and report any assembly issues or modifications required for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery comply with applicable standards and specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
