This role is responsible for driving the delivery of technology initiative of revamping Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes by defining and prioritizing deliverables in the product and articulating this to both business stakeholders and technology development teams. This role will also be responsible for performing research to drive business decisions, diagnose problems and recommend action plans to remediate issues.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and directing product design and delivery to align with end user needs/wants with the new IAM application, with guidance from Product Manager(s). More specifically, this role is responsible for maximizing business value for IAM Modernization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Manager in defining the vision and roadmap for the product in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and team
- Defining and prioritizing stories in the team product backlog
- Assist the Product manager in collaborating with the ART/Program feature backlog
- Builds and prioritizes stories in the product/team backlog, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Facilitates team planning ceremonies for backlog/prioritized work.
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Build, prepare, prioritize, maintain, and accept user stories
- Translating product managers’ strategies to tasks for development
- Support the team in delivering value and prioritize sprint activities
- Validating deliverables meet acceptance criteria
- Serving as a liaison between product stakeholders and development teams
- Evaluating customer and team feedback after each iteration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- The product owner typically requires three or more years of proven experience within an agile team environment. The Associate Product Manager typically requires five or more years of product manager experience.
- Ability to identify, escalate and communicate issues and progress to management in an effective and succinct manner
- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies as well as product management and/or product owner experience.
- SAFE Agile Product Owner Product Manager Certification POPM (or equivalent CSPO / PSPO)
- Experienced in leading customer engagement, with proven background in being a customer advocate
- Lean-Agile Leadership Mindset and able to mentor agile principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and significantly complex projects and assignments in a production environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability for results
- High organizational agility and ability of representing the product development team in communication with the senior leadership.
- Working experience with agile software development tools such as Jira, Rally, and/or etc.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green card holder with intent to become U.S. Citizen
Salary:
Base salary for Associate Product Manager: Min: $97,600 - Mid: $126,800 - Max: $155,900
Base salary for Product Manager: Min: $113,600 - Mid: $147,600 - Max: $181,600
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
