Overview:

Looking for a Social Media Coordinator strictly for the IT side of the business. They are going to be in charge of the social media for any new installments the IT team has (ex. new banking platform, new teller system, app updates). This will be an onsite position and will sit in the corporate office in McAllen.

Top Skillsets:

• 2 years social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Banking industry experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing- required
• Marketing portfolio around building strategies with attracting new customers

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media content
• Engage with followers and manage online communities
• Oversee daily platform activity
• Assist with social media strategy
• Monitor trends, analytics, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams
• Manage social media ad campaigns
• Build relationships with influencers and partners
• Handle crisis management and negative feedback
• Provide reports on social media performance
