To continue the momentum of rapid revenue growth, we are looking for a Regional Vice President, CoStar (RVP). This position will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Sales Directors and Sales Representatives to achieve revenue growth goals, maintain renewal goals, and expand revenue opportunities within their markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Drive sales goals of at least 20% growth annually for the Lending organization.
  2. Attract, develop and retain a strong team of Regional Directors and Sales Representatives.
  3. Work directly with a team of Regional Directors to develop them into high-performing sales leaders.
  4. Ensure that Regional Directors are hiring top-tier candidates and effectively training and developing their teams.
  5. Identify and ensure training needs are met for the CoStar Groups sales team.
  6. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  7. Create and develop relationships with key customers to enhance retention and increase sales.
  8. Lead efforts to implement process controls and drive a mindset of continuous improvement.
  9. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  10. Serve as an integral member of the senior sales leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in business, economics, or finance is preferred.
  2. At least 10 years of progressive experience in a sales leadership role, with five years managing a direct sales organization of at least 50 employees.
  3. Demonstrated track record of rapidly growing a sales organization or division.
  4. Data-driven sales executive with a strong performance management orientation.
  5. Proven ability to work across all areas of an organization to influence stakeholders.
  6. Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  7. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

This position offers a base salary range of $180,500 - $275,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
