Responsibilities:

  • Enter client orders received via fax, mail, or email into our order entry system.
  • Accurately transcribe hard copy paper orders into the system.
  • Receive calls from clients ready to place orders during our peak season.
  • Efficiently and accurately process client orders while speaking with them on the phone.
  • Assist clients in selecting services, answering inquiries, and placing orders with professionalism and care.
  • Handle returns, issue credits, and resolve any client concerns.
  • Participate in our team-wide commitment to accuracy by reviewing and verifying orders entered by colleagues.
  • Use provided resources to answer client questionsno memorization required!
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in client support, data entry, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsbeing professional and approachable is essential!
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, particularly during peak times.
  • Prior experience in client support or data entry
Pay Details: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour
