Summary:
The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) organization is responsible for leading all integrated marketing programs across the CMO and Client's Business Groups (the Business Unit). The role will lead the design of the marketing strategies, process and plans related to launches, campaigns, promotions and products. The role owns internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders, agency briefings, GTM kickoff and ensures flawless execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic planning of marketing initiatives
  2. Being a single point of contact (POC) for the Business Unit (BU) and CMO organizations
  3. Leading the strategic brief writing
  4. Managing communication priorities for Client's
  5. The integrated marketing processes

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with segment marketing leads to define campaign objectives, establish baseline brief
  2. Partner with internal teams (creative, media, research, insights, competitive intelligence, go to market, PR, AR, events, legal) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing needs
  3. Author and own strategic briefs for multiple products and lines of business, targeting multiple audiences from working team to executive level overviews
  4. Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategy and keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline
  5. Manage timelines and have your finger on the pulse of all program details so you are the one person who knows the status of any deliverable at a given point in time.
  6. Budget Management

Good to Have:

  1. B2B Marketing experience
  2. Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
  3. Experience using Workfront Project Management System

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or four or more years of work experience.
  2. Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  3. Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
  4. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  5. Agency or consultant experience preferred, but not required

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
