Travel Nurse RN - PCU in Portsmouth, NH

**Must-Have:**
- Telemetry monitoring
- Cardiac nurse experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in an interventional care unit with 18 beds.
- Collaborate with a team comprising 6 nurses and 1 aide per shift.
- Handle patient ratios typically at 3 patients to 1 nurse, and occasionally 4 patients to 1 nurse.
- Utilize equipment such as telemetry monitors, Doppler, cardiac monitors, a-lines, TR bands, and sheaths.
- Use the Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Preferred skills include PCCN, pre and post-nursing care for vascular and cardiac surgery, and cath lab experience.
- Common procedures include cardiac cath lab interventions, vascular surgeries, and post-op care for open heart, STEMI, and stroke patients.
- Float to areas including IMCU, PCNT, and Med-Surg as needed.
- Participate in rotating weekend schedules.
- Ideal candidates will be dependable, flexible, teamwork-oriented, with a can-do attitude and strong critical thinking skills.
