WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Clinical Specialist at Endotronix plays a vital support role, reporting to and working under the direction of the Area Sales Manager (ASM). This position focuses on supporting Cardiologists, nurses, cath lab staff, and patients (both in clinics and at their homes) in the effective use of the Cordella PA Sensor System. The Clinical Specialist will engage in training, troubleshooting, data analysis, and field service activities in coordination with and under the guidance of the ASM. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with physicians, hospital personnel, and patients daily. Collaboration with Endotronix’s internal team to problem-solve and enhance the customer experience is a key part of the role.

  • Attend and support implant procedures inside and outside of the assigned territory.
  • Maintain contact with customers to evaluate their clinical and educational needs.
  • Lead meetings with internal departments to find root-cause of field issues.
  • Lead meetings with sites (such as site initiation visits) inside and outside of the assigned territory.
  • Perform on-site training for the physicians, heart failure staff, research staff and cath lab staff.
  • Perform on-site field service activities and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Represent Endotronix at conferences and symposiums.
  • Initiate site contacts, providing technical and clinical support to customers and patients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to establish priorities for the Company direction, new product development, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2+ years’ experience in a clinical or medical device setting (e.g., experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cath lab, or medical device implantation).
  • Experience in supporting healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, nurses) in a hospital or clinical environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation to excel and a great desire to help others.
  • Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops.
  • Ability to adapt to and implement new strategies and procedures.
  • Must be highly organized and able to establish priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Remain composed under stress.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time (minimum of 3-4 days a week up to 5 days a week).

EDUCATION

  • Associate’s degree or 2 years’ experience in a clinical or medical device setting.
