Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at our club, you will be responsible for assisting members with their inquiries, processing membership applications and renewals, and providing efficient and friendly service. You will also handle merchandise returns and exchanges, as well as support our acquisition and retention programs. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain a positive, safe environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and pitch membership programs in line with company policies
  • Deliver superior customer service regarding membership, perks, and general inquiries
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with online orders for members
  • Adhere to club policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Basic math and computer skills are advantageous
  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds when needed

Work Environment

  • Frequently standing on hard surfaces and occasional lifting of heavy objects
  • Work takes place in a comfortable indoor area
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning agents may occur occasionally
