Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Processing and flow of all invoices including G&@ and project-specific invoices.
• Receiving all daily incoming mail, stamping, and distributing as required to AP personnel.
• Preparing all invoices for approvals on a weekly basis.
• Receiving and filing incoming preliminary notices for tracking by project and vendor.
• Processing invoices timely for draw and payment including but not limited to:
• Verification of contract and/or payment schedule
• Receipt of proper lien releases from subcontractors and processing of joint checks as required.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in Construction Accounts Payable is required.
• Knowledge of lien releases and preliminary lien requirements.
• Knowledge of contracts ad contact requirements.
• JD Edward's experience is preferred but not required

Pay Rate Range : $25.00 - $29.00/hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
