Marketing Consultant II - Home Lending

Hybrid - Charlotte, NC

6-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is in search of a Marketing Consultant II - Home Lending to support home lending marketing to diverse segments for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

In This Role, You Will

  • Implement and maintain digital marketing programs, execute marketing or direct mail programs and manage major marketing in creative areas or product lines
  • Report and recommend improvements to management regarding marketing and sales materials within marketing
  • Review analysis of products, sales pricing, customer retention, customer profile, sales, profitability and review data in support of program initiatives
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide campaigns
  • Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
  • Present recommendations for analyzing data, monitoring performance, providing optimization recommendations and present output to partners
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with other product marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units, alliance partners marketing team, business partners and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English
  • Experience creating and implementing integrated direct marketing programs using digital, offline channels including event marketing
  • Support home lending or diverse segment marketing experience
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and able to re-prioritize depending on business needs
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Resourceful self-starter, creative problem solver, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong team player. Works with partners to overcome barriers to successful implementation of campaign.
  • Experience with Aprimo a plus
