Position overview

The Senior Manager, Social Media Creative Content will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that aligns with Stanley’s social media strategy and business goals. This person will build and oversee social media campaigns alongside a team of social strategists and content creators. You will bring an expertise of digital content production from start to finish, with a passion for delivering bold, unique creatives that keep Stanley at the forefront of social conversation.

This role will be active in creative concepting, production/ post-production planning, project management and providing creative direction to deliver best-in-class assets to Stanley audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for visual storytelling and have an equally strong attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all aspects of development for organic and paid creative assets for @Stanley_Brand Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Manage internal social content creators throughout creative development process, managing workflows, relaying creative feedback, and ensuring optimized execution and delivery
  • Partner with internal creative teams to align on marketing shoot production and logistics for social media deliverables
  • Collaborate with social media strategists, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop creatives that align with brand goals and strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the social landscape and industry trends to deliver best-in-class, innovative concepts into the marketplace. You don’t just follow trends, you create them.
  • Occasional capture and editing of social media content, as needed.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • 6+ years of non-internship experience in editing, digital content production, and creative strategy
  • 1-2 years in a people management role.
  • A strong understanding of digital creative development with examples of previously managed social media campaigns for a large brand or company.
  • Excellent project management skills to own creative projects from start to finish
  • Proficient in editing and content management tools i.e. Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
  • Production experience with understanding of on-set environments and capturing multiple types of photography and video deliverables.
  • Demonstrate creative and strategic problem solving in a fast-paced environment to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong collaborative communication with experience working in a large cross-functional environment

Salary Range

$125,000 - $145,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
