From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.As a Workday Functional Specialist your responsibilities may include:Supporting the HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.Identifying strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.Providing support to project staff with mentoring, coaching and managing performance (depending upon project structure)Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.Demonstrating design options using prototyping.Configuring and testing the Workday system.Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.Supporting innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.Why should I join the Accenture Workday team?Innovate every day. Primary location is Nashville, but would consider candidates in Atlanta, Austin, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas, and Tampa. This is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days per week in your local office.Here’s what you need:1+ years of experience in Consulting or the Finance industry.Previous exposure to Full lifecycle Workday ImplementationBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) & ability to travel up to 80%Bonus Points if:Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification.Prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.FINS skills or relevant work experience.Finance degree.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExperience with Excel, Visio and PowerPointExperience managing, coaching, or mentoring others.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
