We're currently looking for a Lead HVAC Installer Level 5 to join our dynamic team! This role demands strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations. Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience as a Lead installer and/or Service Tech role, preferably some of each.
- Advanced knowledge of layout, design, and installation of residential HVAC systems, specifically heat pump systems.
- Valid NATE certification.
- Proficiency in flaring, brazing, and working with copper lines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot various systems and difficult installs.
- In-depth understanding of inverted mini-split and ducted systems.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and excellent client communication.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to train others and solve emerging problems.
- Proper time management and delegation skills.
- Clean safety record with knowledge of best practices for workplace safety.
- Proficiency with HVAC low voltage systems.
- Ability to test and balance residential HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes in Portland Metro area.
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record.
- Valid EPA certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Residential Water Heater installer License.
- Spanish language fluency is a huge plus.
- Prior experience and knowledge of Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and Rheem HVAC systems is a major advantage.
