We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the beverage alcohol industry, focusing on large-scale enterprise accounts. Customers could include those producing wine, beer, and/or spirits or distributors involved in the transportation of those products to the retail market. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of securing new customer wins and managing complex sales cycles at the enterprise level.

What You'll Do:

  • New Business Development :
    • This is an individual contributor role.
    • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level beverage alcohol producers and distributors.
    • Build and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-value accounts in the wine, spirits, and beer sectors.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring that all sales processes are efficient and effective.
  • Account Management & Growth :
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and onboarding of new clients.
  • Sales Process & Reporting :
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity reports.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Director and marketing teams to refine sales tactics, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to track progress and ensure data integrity.

What you'll bring to Encompass

Preferred Qualifications and experience required for success in this role include:

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience with long, complex sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
  • Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry, with a strong network in the wine, spirits, or beer sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Experience selling ERP or related enterprise software solutions to beverage alcohol producers or distributors.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred) and sales tools (Gong, Challenger preferred).
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Additional Details

Compensation: This role will receive a competitive salary + commission + benefits. The total compensation for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the ranges for this role.

US annual base compensation: $60,000 to $125,000 annually + Sales Commission Plan. This range encompasses varying levels of talent. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.

Location: We are a hybrid organization and are open to remote work. Our corporate office is located in Fort Collins, CO.

Travel: This position will require overnight travel to customer sites and to corporate offices. Additional travel could include attendance of conferences and trade shows.
