Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma in Modesto, CA

**License:** CA RN License required at the time of submission
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
**Must-Have:**
- EPIC & travel experience
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Valid State License
- AHA certifications in hand at the time of submission
- Availability to attend lab work within 3-5 days of signing
- Background information if any incidents or DUIs
**Job Description:**
- Ensure patient care is delivered with a comprehensive focus on safety, compassion, and quality.
- Efficiently manage emergency situations and deliver prompt and accurate medical attention.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal support and care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with EPIC charting systems.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Participate in orientation sessions and training as needed.
Please note that one holiday Request for Time Off (RTO) will be approved. The policy for returning staff requires a gap of one year to return as a traveler. The policy for locals includes acceptance at a local rate with a travel requirement of 50 miles. Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours.
