Packaging Designer

We’re seeking a Junior Packaging Designer to bring creative, trend-forward packaging solutions to life. You’ll collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to create innovative designs across various categories while ensuring quality and brand consistency. You’ll manage vendor relationships and direct freelancers to execute brand packaging from concept to shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design brand packaging (boxes, labels, hangtags, etc.) for various products.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams.
• Oversee packaging quality and ensure deadlines are met.
• Direct freelancers and contractors on design execution.

Qualifications:

• BFA or related degree in Design.
• 2-3 years of experience in packaging or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
