Go-to-Market Commercial Manager
As a Go-to-Market Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our consulting organization through a period of rapid growth. Job Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Initiatives

  • Support GTM team and Account Directors with new sales and account development.
  • Assist bid teams in creating and developing high-quality, tailored client proposals (RFPs and RFIs).
  • Define and run strategic sales campaigns, proactively identifying new pipeline generation for data and insights offerings.
  • Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and introduce new ways of working across multiple accounts.
  • Field requests from diverse industries and provide direction.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Collaborate with industry vertical teams to develop strong, long-term relationships with various client partners.
  • Establish and develop business relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate new business.
  • Manage account plans under the guidance of a client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and strategic new clients.
  • Participate in exploratory meetings and workshops with prospective clients.
Data & Analytics SME
  • Develop the strategy and point of view for various Data & Analytics domains as the Data Analytics SME.
  • Research market trends around Data to determine potential sales opportunities, both short and long term.
  • Provide proactive guidance on Data Management methodologies, standards, and leading practices.
  • Bring drive, tenacity, and innovation to client identification and opportunity creation.
  • Leverage your experience to recommend data strategies and program approaches for potential clients.
Qualifications and Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in the data industry.
  • 4+ years of experience within a global consulting setting.
  • 2+ years of experience working with senior leaders/CXO level of large organizations.
  • 4+ years of exposure working with technical teams.
  • Proven sales and presales experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing topics.
  • Strong experience in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personal drive and work ethic.
