Online store specializing in designer swimwear and beachwear is seeking a part-time energetic customer service specialist. An ideal candidate should be Internet savvy, self-motivated, possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have excellent organization and time management skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize. Candidate must be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering customer phone calls
• Handling email correspondence
• Assisting customers via online chat system
• Taking and processing orders
• Writing product descriptions
• Uploading new products to the online catalog
• Writing copy for the website and blog
Requirements
• Minimium 1-2 years experience in a customer service setting
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Friendly and professional phone etiquette
• Creative problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Proficient computer skills and Internet savvy
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 20hr-32hr/week
• Speaking Spanish is a plus
Compensation
$10 - $12/hr Based upon experience and fit
